Your new role Our client is seeking experienced Architectural Technologists with at least 5 years experience with strong technical and detailing skills to join their team and contribute to a range of exciting new projects. Key Responsibilities: For more senior candidates, lead the detailed design and delivery of architectural projects, manage day-to-day project tasks and report to the Project Architect. For all levels, ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and statutory requirements. Prepare and submit planning applications, tender packages, and construction documentation Attend client, design team, and contractor meetings Conduct site visits and inspections Support adherence to planning, building, and health & safety regulations What you'll need to succeed You will have a degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline. Our client is looking for both senior and mid level candidates with experience working in an architectural firm. You must be based in Ireland and have previous experience in the Irish market. Proven experience in technical design and construction detailing You will be proactive with strong initiative and motivation. Excellent knowledge and experience of Irish Planning, Building Regulations, Building Control, and Irish Health & Safety legislation is essential. AutoCAD with Revit experience is desirable. Full driving licence and access to your own car as the role requires frequent travel to sites as required.
