Service Delivery and Team Leadership
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all guests receive a genuine warm welcome and have a positive memorable experience during their time with us. They will lead the smooth running of service in all Food & Beverage outlets, work effectively with department heads and colleagues to engender a collaborative working environment, manage customer feedback, maximise sales through upselling and excellent customer service.
