The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
Key Account Management:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
Market Segmentation:
* Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
* Develop targeted marketing campaigns to engage with high-potential customers
Sales Performance:
* Achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets
* Monitor and report on sales performance regularly
Customer Service:
* Provide excellent customer service to all clients
* Address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Communication:
* Effective verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
