Role Description We are seeking a full-time Revenue Operations Manager for a fully remote role.
The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing operational strategies across sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and implementing systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools, optimizing demand generation strategies, managing data enrichment processes, and driving collaboration between revenue-related departments to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
Qualifications Proficiency in revenue operations tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot), and CRM systems.
Experience in sales and marketing operations, including pipeline strategy and process optimization.
Strong data services skills, including lead generation, account list building, data analysis, and enrichment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for developing and implementing scalable operations strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in Salesforce or marketing automation are a plus.
Previous experience in a B2 B Saa S environment is highly advantageous.
