As we expand with over 22 stores nationwide, we're looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Online Furniture Sales Executive to join our e-commerce team to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and support our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Online Sales: Engage with online leads and convert inquiries into sales.
2. Upsell & Add-On Opportunities: Maximize revenue by offering relevant add-on products during interactions.
3. Market Research: Explore new business opportunities, research competitors, and emerging trends to improve strategies.
4. Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance and provide insights to the marketing team.
5. Customer Service: Handle inquiries, process orders, maintain records, and support internal teams.
6. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or webchat.
7. Resolve customer complaints or escalate as needed.
8. Logistics: Coordinate with the logistics team for timely order processing and deliveries.
9. Product Knowledge: Maintain high knowledge of products/services to provide accurate information.

Skills And Qualifications:
1. At least two years of sales experience.
2. Understanding of selling in a digital environment.
3. Proven track record of sales achievement.
4. IT skills and excellent telephone manner.
5. Team player with strong communication skills.
6. Self-motivated, hardworking, and conscientious.
7. Web sales or supervisory experience is a plus but not essential.
