We are working with a leading financial services firm to recruit a highly motivated and experienced
Financial Advisor
specialising in life and pensions. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive advisor to join a supportive team and grow a substantial client book over the coming years.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive financial advice with a focus on Retirement Planning, Investments, Life, Serious Illness, and Income Protection Insurance.
* Manage, maintain, and develop a client database while building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Conduct regular financial reviews and provide tailored recommendations based on clients' financial goals.
* Achieve agreed annual sales targets and contribute to business growth through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
* Maintain up-to-date client records on the CRM system and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external specialists to ensure clients receive the highest standard of service.
Requirements:
* QFA qualification (essential); RPA, AIIPM, or CFP (desirable).
* Minimum 2+years' experience in sales within Life & Pensions, preferably in a broker environment.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a professional demeanour.
* Technical knowledge of financial products and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements
* Proficient IT skills (MS Excel, Word); full driving licence and personal vehicle required.
