We are hiring a Staff Nurse for one of the best Nursing Homes in North Dublin who is passionate about improving the quality of life of their residents and places a strong importance on social, physical, and mental stimulation.

Location: Balbriggan (North Dublin) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time (39 hours per week) Responsibilities Individualised resident person-centred care plans should be assessed, planned, carried out, and evaluated within a predetermined framework, in compliance with HIQA standards, best practices, and current evidence-based nursing research.
The chosen applicant will offer comprehensive, person-centred care, encouraging maximum independence and improving our residents' quality of life.
Create and preserve strong relationships with the residents' families and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach.
To get the best input for the resident, be cognisant of and collaborate closely with the many disciplines of the multidisciplinary team.
In compliance with regional and federal regulations, keep pertinent and accurate written records and reports about resident care.
Encourage a care approach that respects the resident's right to autonomy and consent while also enabling and facilitating.
Keep an eye on residents' general health, work to avoid disease, and encourage healthy living.
Requirements The ideal Nurse will have 1+ years of experience in elder care; however, candidates looking to begin or transition into this area are also encouraged to apply.
Nursing qualification is required.
Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Ability to successfully pass Garda Clearance.
Must provide suitable character references.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
