Responsibilities
* You determine the priority for each account in the portfolio, identify and orchestrate resources and sales plays to execute against prioritization, and help customers drive value from existing Microsoft investments.
* You collaborate with others, both internally across teams and externally to Microsoft, to achieve revenue targets.
* You identify and qualify opportunities and pursue them through the lifecycle, driving adoption and cross-sell/upsell to new opportunities.
* You stay up to date on Microsoft offers and solutions, using this knowledge to engage with customers and internal teams.
* You develop and implement a plan to build and maintain product and solution expertise.
* You develop relationships across an extended team and embrace partners to scale the business; ensure sales consumption and adoption goals are met.
Qualifications
* Fluency in English and Norwegian/Swedish is essential.
* Sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth.
* OR Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field AND sales and negotiation experience or related work/internship experience with year-over-year growth.
* OR equivalent experience.
