We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to support our Human Resources team with providing data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions. In this role, you will collect, analyse and interpret HR data across areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, reward and benefits, retention and performance management. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with HR systems and reporting tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse employee data from multiple sources, including recruitment, reward and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement surveys and performance management.
* Generate and maintain metrics, dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data and insights to stakeholders for performance, planning, forecasting and statutory reporting.
* Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop customised reports and analytics to meet their needs.
* Interrogate data to develop actionable insights and make data driven recommendations.
* Provide expertise and translate the business needs to identify and implement an effective HRIS (HR Information System).
* Maintain accuracy and relevance of data to meet regulatory requirements.
Key Skills:
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or Business Management.
* 3+ years' experience in data analytics preferably in HR or related discipline.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems and their data structures, including data flow, extraction and manipulation.
* Strong understanding of system design, structure, configuration, workflow and user interface.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite applications.
* Familiarity with Power BI is desirable but not essential.
* In-depth knowledge of HR processes, HR Policies and best practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a clear delivery focus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
