Senior Construction Manager
Key role in overseeing the financial and commercial aspects of residential development projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress and costs.
* Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and reports for optimal alignment.
* Work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to design and plan construction projects.
* Evaluate compliance with building codes, environmental standards, and health and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
