The position is based within our Sales Office and involves taking and processing customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate and complete before going to print.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2 years office administration experience.
* Confident using computers and office systems, and can learn new software quickly.
* Strong phone communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
* Ability to work accurately with detailed information (essential)
* A good work ethic with a friendly, "can-do" attitude.
* Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with multiple departments.
* Able to work on own initiative and manage workload efficiently.
* Fluent spoken and written English (essential)
