Chill Insurance is one of Ireland's fastest growing insurance providers. We search the market to give our customers better value and choice. Our Customer Care Team is passionate about delivering high quality service to existing customers in the most efficient manner possible. We are recruiting for talented Customer Service Agents to join our team. If you have 1+ year of customer service experience within a contact centre and you are self-motivated and driven to providing outstanding customer care, we would love to hear from you.

The Customer Care Agent deals with interactions from customers and insurers through various media, including inbound, outbound, email, post and face-to-face contact. The Customer Care agent reports directly to the Customer Care Team Leader.


Responsibilities

* Provide a level of service to customers that is best in class across the market.
* Drive continuous improvement through KPIs and quality measures.
* Promote good attitudes and strong team spirit within the group.
* Escalate issues as necessary to the line manager.
* Ensure all regulations are adhered to and agreements are fully complied with.
* Process all required transactions in accordance with company processes.
* Maintain accuracy of data and transaction processing within the role.
* Provide advice that is specific and accurate at all times.
* Participate in cross-training to develop multi-skills for departmental goals and vision.
* Commit to studying for industry exams and use company supports to develop educationally.


Qualifications And Experience

* 1+ year of customer service experience within a fast-paced call centre environment.
* Good PC skills (Relay, MS Excel, Insurer Websites).
* Practical knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance is desirable.
