We have an exciting opportunity for an HRBP - Talent and Learning, to join Suir Engineering, this is a f ull-time permanent.
This role can be based in our offices in Cleaboy, Waterford City or City West, Co.
Dublin with flexible remote working options available.
Overall Role Objective: To support our growth and to further enable the continuous development of our people, we are hiring the role of HR Business Partner Talent and Learning.
This role will report to the HR Director.
The key focus of the role will be to ensure that the training and competency needs of all employees are met, with needs aligned with the HR and Business strategy.
The completion of career pathways for critical skills and effective induction and on boarding experience will be an immediate deliverable of the role.
What you will be doing?
Developing and implementing programmes and initiatives to support roll out of Suir Engineering's People strategy across the group to support alignment and consistency in the employee experience.
e.g., mentoring graduate programmes, performance management, critical skills framework career pathways.
Influence and contribute to the development of learning and talent management strategies, policies and processes in line with the business and HR strategies; Ensuring alignment with the organisations values and behaviours to support the achievement of business objectives.
Ensure high quality delivery of key learning initiatives including onboarding, management and leadership development, ongoing professional development and professional charterships.
Develop and maintain training materials such as manuals, toolbox talks, and e-learning modules.
Facilitate in-person, virtual, and on-site training sessions at job sites and company locations.
Manage and update learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and evaluate training effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes; recommend improvements.
Support site supervision development programs to strengthen leadership and management skills Manage L D vendors; grant agencies and overall Training budget.
Is this the job for me?
Suitable Candidates must have a third level qualification in Human Resources Management and a minimum 5 year's relevant experience operating at HRBP Level.
Interested in all things HR!

Able to work independently and collaboratively; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute decisions with judgment and discretion.

Proactive and ambitious - ability to take initiative, innovate and deliver best practice HR interventions at all times.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
