Customer Support Specialist, Italian-Speaking
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with technical issues or concerns.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving software/SaaS issues, communicating effectively with customers, and documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to explain technical concepts in simple terms. Fluency in English and Italian is essential, as you will be working with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements:
