Partnered with a leading Financial Institution who is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes for number of transformation initiatives across the business globally.. This will start as a 12 month contract, 2 days in the office. Key criteria; (Minimum) 7 years hands-on experience in finance transformation initiatives, focusing on system implementation and process improvement through re-engineering - ideally in a large financial institution or large corporate. Work with key stakeholders accross the business to analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is preferred.
