Job Description:
We seek highly skilled professionals to join our team as AIM Practitioners. Your role will be to provide additional supports to enable target children to fully access the ECCE programme within early years settings. You will collaborate closely with parents, sharing information and ensuring the child's safety and health during preschool sessions. Key responsibilities include observing, planning, and implementing activities through a key worker system, providing a quality experience for the child and supporting other children within the preschool when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess a recognised qualification, minimum FETAC/QQI level 5 approved under the Early Years (Pre-school) Regulations. Experience and qualifications will inform salary decisions.
