SuperValu Athlone is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef / Chef de Partie to join our in-store bakery team at Ballymahon Road, Athlone, Co. Westmeath.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a chef, preferably in bakery or pastry, and will take responsibility for a designated section of the bakery as a Chef de Partie, preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes to the highest standards, assisting the Head Baker in daily operations, maintaining stock levels, ensuring food hygiene and safety compliance. This is a full-time (39hour week), permanent position, offering an annual salary of €34,000 (€16.77 p/h) .
The successful candidate must also be available and flexible to support the head chef with food preparation and presentation in line with business needs.
This position is open to Employment Permit applications.
