Join us and turn your passion into a pay checkJob Role:This is a sales account administrator role for the Ireland Retail division of Westcoast Ireland, focusing on the sale of retail products.Working in a fast-paced environment as part of a focused and experienced sales team with a retail customer base that are price sensitive. This is a target driven role, both individual & team.This is an office-based role however hybrid working combining home/office activities may be facilitated on agreement with the manager and where such agreement is made it is subject to the continuing achievement of business objectivesKey ActivitiesManage the existing customer base to maximise opportunities within these accountsLiaising with product managers to fulfil customers' requestsMonthly price updates on each account and or when requiredMonitoring email inboxes and phone callsExtensive customer and partner interaction in a fast-paced environment is to be expected.Sharing and uploading any price amendments with customersProcessing orders manually and via EDIUpdating customer stock feeds – adding and removing products as neededManaging backorders in a timely mannerDaily and weekly reportingProactively seek new sales opportunities across the retail channel, identifying new opportunities and upselling/cross sellingDrive marketing activity and promotion of retail products, communication of brand promotions (SOA's), ensuring customers adhere to brand guidelines in regard to sale of products both in store and online and ensuring customers follow brand T&C's during promotional activitiesTrack all sales promotions and reconcile for pass through to claims team/retailerSignificantly contributes to the achievement of positive customer experiencesTo understand customer requirements and to recognise changing demandsTo develop strong customer relationshipsAppreciation of selling techniques and revenue and margin targetsTo mutually support colleagues in the achievement of goalsTo be flexible to undertake such other duties that may be reasonably assigned by the retail salesIs this the role for you?Strong time management and organizational skillsLogical approach to problem solvingStrong commercial awarenessProfessional and engaging customer approachAbility to work on own initiative but with a team focusFlexible and positive can-do attitudeEnergetic and self-motivatedAn interest in and desire to work with continuously advancing technologyDesire to learn and further developIndustry Experience- At least two years' experience in a relational business admin role, preferably within the IT industryFluent English –written and spoken is essentialStrong I.T. skillsFull clean manual drivers licenceWhat will we do for you?This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of the IT industry, build a career with a Sunday Times Top Track 100 business and develop strong, long standing industry relationships.· We will help you grow To help you unlock your full potential and progress your career, we provide you with all the training and development opportunities you will need to succeed.
