Job Title: Team Lead / Senior Social Care Worker Location: Prosperous, Kildare Disability Service: Adult Disability Residential Care The main objective of this position is to provide care and support through a person-centred approach that meets the practical, physical and emotional needs of service users with an Intellectual Disability/ABI/Autism. This role involves assisting persons with a disability in residential, training and day service activities to achieve their highest level of functioning to maintain independence or improve skills for greater independence. The Team Lead will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) in service delivery to residents. They will report directly to the Person In-Charge. In the absence of the Person In-Charge, the Team Lead may be required to deputise for the Person In-Charge and assume management responsibilities.
