We are seeking a driven and consultative Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As part of our global sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through consultative phone sales, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional end-to-end client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
* Become an expert in our cutting-edge SaaS solution, showcasing its value proposition to C-suite executives.
* Maintain accurate records and reports in CRM systems, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.
* Foster strong relationships across the sales channels and wider teams.
* Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Provide regular updates to management on progress and performance.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in SaaS solution sales to SMEs and corporates.
* An ability to communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively, engaging C-level executives throughout.
* Demonstrated track record of commercial achievements, consistently meeting or exceeding pre-agreed targets.
* Superb time management, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Expert high-impact communication and presentation capabilities.
* Fluent English and additional languages an advantage.
