Company Overview: At Corrib Oil, we are committed to continuous growth and excellence. As part of this commitment, we are expanding our Finance team and are seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to join us at our Galway office.
Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills to support our Finance Partner. This role will involve various aspects of accounting and book-keeping, with responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of our finance function.

Key Responsibilities:
* Match delivery dockets with purchase invoices and upload them to the accounting system
* Investigate and resolve supplier queries efficiently
* Process supplier payments and payment allocations
* Handle employee expenses, credit card expenses, and other relevant expense claims
* Maintain and reconcile bank accounts
* Compile weekly financial reports
* Assist in preparing monthly reports and accounts
* Perform additional administrative and accounts-related tasks as required
* Key Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience in accounts payable and administration
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Windows
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
* Eagerness to learn and meet deadlines
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
