We are partnering with a large multinational manufacturing organisation based in Kilkenny that is looking to add to its Talent Acquisition team.
If you are a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Agency Recruiter with 2+ years' experience, ideally in a high volume role, then this is a great opportunity for you.
This will be a contract until the end of the year, with great scope for a permanent contract or extension as they continue to grow.
Hybrid working; 4 days onsite and 1 from home.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a high volume of roles, primarily operators.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Support recruitment initiatives including career fairs and regional hiring events.
Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition and HR teams to support hiring strategies.
Requirements
Degree in a relevant discipline and 1-2 years of related work experience, ideally in a multinational/ high volume environment including agency recruitment.
Experience supporting recruitment or HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritise and work independently while collaborating with a wider TA team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
