GOSHH is seeking a general maintenance worker to help maintain common areas, minor maintenance and general upkeep of premises.
Responsibilities and Role
* Inspect and maintain common area including hallways, kitchen, counselling rooms, meeting rooms, stairs
* Carry out minor maintenance such as painting and fixing
* Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
* Ensure bins are collected and managed fortnightly
* Maintain outside of premises including windows and small garden area
* Monitor and report any faults/defects

Hours – 19.5 hours per week
