Job Title: Nurse Practitioner
Beechfield Care Group is currently seeking to recruit a Nurse Practitioner who will work alongside the Director of Nursing in our nursing home. Our aim is to provide a consistently high standard of care to our residents.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for residents to the highest professional and ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day supervision of care and nursing staff
* Co-ordinate resident activities
* Work within HIQA regulations
* Any other duties as assigned by line manager
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be NMBI registered with excellent clinical, leadership and organisational skills. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound decision-making ability and an interest in elderly care.
