Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Customer Support & Sales Administrator to join our team in North Tipperary. This is a full-time permanent position dealing with customers on a business-to-business basis in the Agricultural Industry.
Main Responsibilities:
* Customer Support: Answer and manage incoming customer calls, providing a professional first point of contact.
* Sales Administration: Create and process sales orders accurately in the internal system.
* Pricing and Fulfilment: Prepare clear pricing and follow up with customers as needed.
* Website Management: Manage and respond to website enquiries in a timely manner and process website orders end-to-end, ensuring fulfilment.
* Product Maintenance: Update and maintain the web shop (product details, pricing, images, and stock status).
* Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Supply Chain, Parts, and Operations to resolve queries and deliver great service.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy (e.g., order entry, email, spreadsheets).
* Team Player: Team player with a proactive attitude.
* Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Agricultural Sector Knowledge: Good knowledge of Agri sector products & machinery is desirable.
* Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales admin, or order processing is an advantage.
