We are seeking a skilled conveyancer to manage all legal aspects of residential property transactions.
* Manage a full caseload of conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for sale, transfer deeds, leases, and other relevant documents.
* Conduct thorough title investigations, property searches, planning checks, and due diligence to identify potential issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction.
* Provide clear legal advice and updates to clients regarding progress, risks, timelines, and obligations.
* Handle exchange of contracts, completion arrangements, registration of title, and post-completion formalities.
Fundamental Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
* Deep knowledge of property law, land registration, and conveyancing procedures.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-care skills.
