Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator Publications & Finance to support a busy publications, research and administration office in Dublin city centre. This role will suit an experienced administrator, operations administrator, finance administrator, executive assistant or publishing administrator with strong administration, invoicing, finance support, events coordination, communications and stakeholder management experience. The successful candidate will support publishing operations, journals, books, research programmes, events, purchase orders, invoices, expenses, communications in a busy environment. Job Title:Administrator Publications & Finance;Location: Dublin City Centre Salary: €45,000€48,000 Contract: Fixed-term contract until 28 February 2027/Hybrid The Role Provide administrative and operational support across publications and research programmes Support publishing activity including journals, books, communications, publicity and dissemination Process invoices, expenses and purchase orders while maintaining accurate financial and administrative records Coordinate events, meetings and stakeholder communications Liaise with internal teams, freelance staff and external partners Support office administration and operational coordination across the department Assist with reporting, scheduling and documentation management Use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and other systems to support workflow and collaboration Requirements Minimum two years administration, operations, publishing or executive assistant experience is essential. Relevant third-level degree is essential. Strong administration and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience processing invoices, expenses, purchase orders or finance administration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong IT skills including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Desirable Experience in publishing, academic, public sector or research environments Bookkeeping/finance administration Experience with Canva Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Apply: Please submit CVs to Ben Higgins via the link below.
