The successful candidate will oversee various administrative activities for a part-time role that involves remote work.
This position is responsible for scheduling operational activities, such as audits and consulting services, as well as meetings with clients and associates.
The Project Supervisor will also be in charge of managing client assignment trackers, generating scope of work documents, and supporting financial controller and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule operational activities, including audits, consulting services, and meetings
* Liaise with associates on operational activities and clients on operational and assignment scheduling matters
* Manage meetings between clients and associates, track operational activities on client assignment trackers, generate scope of work documents
* Support financial controller and business development activities
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have essential IT skills in MS Office, cloud-based platforms like smartsheet, email platforms, and video conferencing tools like MS Teams, Zoom or WebEx.
