About Your New Role
We're seeking a Project Manager to support senior leadership and service teams in delivering high-quality HVAC projects nationwide. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards — while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This is great opportunity for a Senior HVAC Technician to make the step into a Project Management role.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of commercial HVAC installation projects across multiple markets.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
* Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
* Manage all phases of project delivery: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
* Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability; oversee procurement and supplier negotiations.
* Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Provide leadership, resolve issues, and maintain accountability for project outcomes.
What Skills You Need
* Qualification in Engineering, Building Services, or Project Management (or equivalent).
* Proven project management experience within building services (HVAC, mechanical, or electrical).
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
* Solid understanding of HVAC systems; knowledge of automation, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
