Senior Project Manager Initial 6 months daily rate contract Dublin city center (Hybrid - 2days per week onsite) To mobilise and lead projects from discovery to closure assuring delivery of objectives and outcomes according to agreed scope, timeframe and budget.
A proactive, diligent and focused approach is required to bring stakeholders together, managing closely all deliverables and milestones while escalating promptly if assistance or intervention is required.

Ensure business can plan with confidence on agreed project outcomes by ensuring accurate and timely communications on project status, challenges, risks and issues.
Project Management Responsible for the mobilisation, management and delivery of company projects through full lifecycle and following CS PMO Delivery Framework Drive cross functional planning across all parties involved in the project, ensuring all parties aligned to overall project plan.
Track and manage this alignment throughout project lifecycle maintain project plan Manage Change Control on projects, ensuring that implications of scope changes are understood and agreed, following formal Change Control and Governance processes Own project budget, understand initial budget baseline and tracking actual costs ensuring no project overruns.
Manage dependencies across all streams within the project, both business, change and IT, and across other projects in the portfolio, monitoring overall end state and project objectives Communication, Reporting and Documentation Ensure consistent and rigorous documentation of all Project Deliverables and instigate version control where needed.
Ensure official minutes and recording of decisions made are issued promptly to the Project Stakeholder group.
Clarity PPM Tool is used for Status Reporting, RAID Management, Resource Planning, Scheduling and Planning.
Suppliers and Third Parties Proactive management of any supporting vendors and third parties on the project to ensure deliverables are on time, as specified and match agreed quality standard Innovation and Change Be proactive in approach and build the stakeholder relationships to help navigate complexity and any dependencies with other teams Ability to pivot and embrace continuous improvement opportunities, adopting change to improve project outcomes Required Experience: Thorough and practical understanding of project lifecycle and delivery of cross functional projects, involving Business, Change and IT Teams Excellent project planning and project management skills Knowledge of industry best practice project management principles Strong vendor management experience Experience of managing cross functional project teams and virtual teams Have a strong focus on delivery with excellent stakeholder management skills Experienced facilitator Familiarity with other project or portfolio management tools (e.g. Clarity, Jira,)
