Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
Oversee income audit and weekly bank reconciliations.
Assist with internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Prepare VAT returns and support budget and forecast processes.
Drive cost control initiatives and provide commercial insights to hotel management.
Mentor and train finance team members and graduates.
Requirements Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), although not essential Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
Previous experience in hospitality or F&B finance preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to drive improvements.
