We are seeking an experienced MEP Lead to oversee the successful delivery of MEP systems across multiple projects. This role requires strong leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and guide MEP teams to achieve seamless project delivery and handover.
2. Oversee MEP planning, procurement, installation, and commissioning processes.
3. Ensure compliance with project specifications, statutory requirements, and company standards.
4. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP-related disciplines.
2. Membership in a professional body such as CIBSE, CIOB, or IEI (or equivalent).
3. IOSH or equivalent health & safety management training.
4. Experience in project management, planning, and live energies/arc flash training.
