About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a bright and ambitious Service Advisor to work in our state-of-the-art BMW dealership.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work under pressure and remain calm, and be able to record accurately all relevant details. The role involves working with customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring that all work requested has been carried out and charged for.
This is an excellent opportunity to train as a Service Advisor with Ireland's leading motor retail group. You will receive comprehensive training in the company process, database management, marketing, customer service and everything you will require to have a successful career in aftersales.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
* Work efficiently and effectively to handle customer inquiries and requests
* Record accurately all relevant details and maintain high standards of courtesy and efficiency
* Follow up and provide feedback to customers on the status of their vehicle
Requirements
* Exceptional customer facing skills

* Computer literacy and ability to record accurately all relevant details
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Good organisational skills
* Able to absorb and understand technical data and explain it to customers as required
