We are seeking a Revenue Management professional to join our team at a high-end property in Co. Mayo.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximise revenue, working closely with the management team, sales and marketing, and finance departments.
This includes monitoring competitor pricing and performance to assist in forecasting for the property, managing data analysis to ensure revenue reports are generated and distributed to relevant departments as required, and working collaboratively with the sales team to negotiate and close prospects for conference, rooms, and F&B departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue.
* Monitor competitor pricing and performance.
* Manage data analysis to generate revenue reports.
* Work collaboratively with the sales team.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role at 4 or 5 Star level.
* A passion to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with revenue management systems.
* Knowledge of distribution channels including direct bookings, OTA, and GDS platforms.
