We are looking for GMP Cleaners to join our team in a Pharma setting in Dublin 18 Working pattern: Monday to Friday 22:30 to 06:30 (potential for overtime at weekends ) Main duties and responsibilities Work effectively and adhere to all Site Specific and Apleona Procedures and instructions Take responsibility for the safe use of all cleaning materials and equipment used in the course of your duties Ensure cleaning activities are completed in a manner which will not compromise the health and safety of employees and visitors to the site.
Complete all logbooks and documentation in a timely manner as per site instructions and SOPs In coordination with cleaning supervisor plan, schedule and execute cleaning activities in the relevant GMP or designated areas Report fabric defects to the cleaning supervisor Ensure all equipment is safe before use and report any faults to machinery and be aware of service requirements Report health and safety related issues to the supervisor with minimum delay Remain security conscious and report any suspicious incidents or observations to the supervisor with minimum delay Undertake job related training as and when required Follow all gowning procedures as per site procedures and SOPs To be familiar with the Risk Assessment method Statement (RAMS), Safe Plan of Action (SPA) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements for specific tasks.
Be able to provide excellent customer service skills, partnership approach, facilities expertise, professional demeanour, effective solutions Property Facility related inspections Maintain appropriate records in line with GMP requirements.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and GMP, and ensure compliance with the 5S (Sorting, Simplify, Sweep, Standardise, Sustain) during maintenance work Maintain an internal 'Best Practice' regime and encourage continuous improvements Carryout the daily checks on site as per client requirements Fabric maintenance, including painting and decorating, door furniture, office furniture etc.
Assist subcontractors to allow them to carry out their tasks, for example signing in, work permits and showing to area To be a self-performing technician and continuously strive for self-improvement Ensure any training deemed necessary by your line manager is completed within the agreed timeframe Must be willing to take on and familiarize with all relevant site systems as deemed necessary to complete the role.
Assist with all queries regarding quotations and purchasing when requested Take on ad hoc projects from time to time as deeded necessary by the Client and / or Team Lead Qualifications and experience Good work record Previous experience working in a GMP area is desirable Experience in the use of cleaning equipment is desirable Basic health and safety knowledge.
