Catchment SupportJob descriptionAs a Catchment support you would help in supervising the daily operations of a company's operation department. Catchment support help ensure the smooth follow and continuation of select services. They often lead their team by example, demonstrating the most effective customer engagement techniques ways and providing feedback on an employee's job performance.
