B2B UK Service Executive
Fixed-term contract (until 31st December ****)
The successful applicant will have demonstrated excellent customer service in a previous role and will listen to business customers to ascertain their needs, working tirelessly to provide a stellar customer experience.
To be successful within this role you should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, efficient, results-focused and professional.
You must be able to keep several plates spinning, adapt quickly and maintain resilience in a fast-paced workplace.
Responsibilities
Deliver high levels of performance, customer service and a professional experience.
Provide an effective and efficient service to our customers via agreed service levels.
Own the customer experience, always looking at Three through the eyes of the customer.
Take ownership of customer issues and use initiative when problem-solving – make things happen.
Be responsible for customer satisfaction, measured using NPS score.
Add value to customers' existing packages to ensure they have the best solutions for their needs and business.
Qualifications
Contact Centre experience desirable.
Self-starter with a demonstrated capability and maturity to take ownership of own development.
Attention to detail and high work standards for accurate, flawless delivery.
Ability to manage high workloads and conflicting priorities.
Strong administrative and reporting skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – ability to communicate at all business levels.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
Experience in Salesforce desirable but not necessary.
Ability to handle the demands of a queue-based environment.
Strong sales skills with an ability to gain customer dedication in areas such as re-contracting, fixed selling and up-selling of additional services.
Flourishes when working in a team and supporting others to achieve goals.
Results-based with a focus on customers and the delivery of sales and service KPIs.
Ability to work with systems a bonus.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Commercial awareness.
