Position Summary
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Junior/ Graduate Accounts Administrator to join our expanding finance team in Cork. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone starting their career in finance or accounts administration. Whether you are:
* A recent graduate
* Someone from a technical background (IT, software, engineering, data) interested in finance
* Or an individual looking to change careers and enter accounts administration
This role offers full training, strong mentorship, and broad exposure to all areas of Accounts Administration.
You will gain hands-on experience across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll support, VAT preparation, and general accounting administration. As NeoDyne continues to implement new digital finance tools and workflows, this is an ideal role for candidates who are curious, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
This position is offered as a full-time staff role based in our Cork office, with an excellent Salary & Benefits package. Part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP) Support
* Assist with processing supplier invoices and matching to POs
* Support preparation of supplier payment runs
* Help maintain accurate supplier records and resolve queries
Accounts Receivable (AR) Support
* Assist with generating and issuing customer invoices
* Support credit control activities
* Help monitor incoming payments and maintain customer accounts
Finance Administration
* Help with bank reconciliations and transaction checking
* Support VAT preparation and monthly management accounts
* Maintain finance records, filing, and documentation
* Assist with general office and administration duties
Experience & Skills
Required
* Graduate of any discipline OR someone seeking a career change.
* Meticulous attention to detail with a strong technical background.
* Strong IT skills, including knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office.
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
Desired
* Interest in finance, accounting, data, or digital systems.
* Technical background (software, engineering, IT, data analytics).
* Previous exposure to accounting tools (not essential).
