Deliver functional outputs for PDP/TDP, project management, and quality systems. Plan and conduct technical reviews. Ensure documentation meets quality system requirements. Write and review validation protocols and reports for new processes. Oversee development builds and establish qualified production lines. Provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) input. Contribute to intellectual property submissions. Train and direct technicians, engineers, and manufacturing personnel as required. Hons bachelor's degree or higher in relevant Engineering / Science field. Minimum of 5+ years' experience within a manufacturing environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
