Job Title: Customer Support

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support professional to serve as the single point of contact for our customers, ensuring their requests are carried out on schedule. You will coordinate activities between customers and installation vendors, ensuring installations are complete and platforms are up to date. This role involves actively collaborating with different departments and handling customer requests with end-to-end accountability to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Serve as the single point of contact, ensuring customer requests are executed on schedule.
* Coordinate activities between customers and installation vendors.
* Ensure customer comfort with the product by verifying installations and platform updates.
* Actively collaborate with other departments and engage with customers and vendors daily.
* Handle incoming customer requests from calls, emails, and vendors, managing cases with accountability.
* Recognise patterns for recurring issues and take actions for swift resolution to assure customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills

* Experience in customer service, technical support, customer support, and telematics.
* Fluent written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
* Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
* Strong communication and listening skills.
* Well-developed time management and prioritisation skills.
* Structured 'can-do' approach to open matters and tasks in a demanding environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

* Telematics background and experience in a customer-facing role.
* Experience with industrial systems, electronics, or similar hands-on work is a plus.
* Experience in Vendor Management and Scheduling Service Deployment activities is appreciated.
* Methodical and conscientious documentation skills.
* Willingness to develop through self-reflection.
* Ability to work under pressure.
