As a Retail Betting Assistant, you will be the welcoming host for our customers in our retail shops, ensuring they have an outstanding experience. You will engage warmly with every visitor, provide best-in-class service, and help customers enjoy their time with us. Your enthusiasm for technology will help you promote our online and retail products and services.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers to place bets through various channels (betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions).
* Maintain excellent shop presentation to create an inviting atmosphere.
* Step up and guide operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager to ensure smooth shop functioning.
* Adapt to different situations while remaining customer-focused.
* Fulfill social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations.
What you’ll do day to day
Exceed customer expectations by building effective relationships, creating a warm and positive environment, and cross-selling our retail and online products and services. Communicate clearly to answer queries and inform customers about latest promotions.
Qualifications
* Proactive and motivated with a passion for achieving results.
* Ability to meet shop goals and targets.
* Full training provided; no prior betting industry experience required. Attitude matters most.
