Responsibilities
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, fault‑finding and reactive/breakdown repair on mechanical systems and equipment (boilers, pumps, vessels, etc.).
* Provide service and customer support during field visits and installations.
* Tie workflow to schedule.
* Manage all on‑site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
* Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
* Produce timely and detailed service reports.
* Operate vehicle safely and use field automation systems.
* Follow all company's field procedures and protocols.
* Cooperate with office and share information across the organization.
* Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
* Build positive relationships with customers.
Skills & Experience
* RGI/GID qualified plumber.
* Boiler servicing, repair and fault‑finding experience.
* Pump servicing, repair and fault‑finding experience.
* Good knowledge of all aspects of mechanical systems.
* Experience of mechanical repairs in large‑scale commercial buildings.
* 2+ years of experience working as a maintenance plumber within a commercial environment.
* Basic electrical understanding and experience.
* HVAC experience is advantageous but not necessary.
* Valid manual handling certificate and Safe Pass is desirable.
