We are seeking a reliable and experienced
AREA MANAGER
to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean environment and enjoy working professionally. The role will be available starting immediately.
Grosvenor Services
No individual will be employed by Grosvenor Services unless they can provide original documents that prove their nationality and eligibility to work in Ireland or UK. This applies to all job applicants.
Key Responsibilities :
Visiting client sites on agreed scheduled basis in accordance with client management plan.
Monitoring (Quality) standards to ensure operating model is in accordance with cleaning standards and expectation (specification) - Quality Auditing (CT)
Following up any client concerns
Completing ISO and HSEQ documentation & forwarding
Monitoring the storage & security of cleaning equipment and materials
Monitoring staff performance and standards - identifying training & development requirements, eLearning - escalating as required.
Completing face to face mandatory checks and induction of staff to include employee sign up.
Managing Payroll for staff
Completing on site induction and training of new staff - machinery, colour coding, COSHH
Requirements :
* Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
Customer Satisfaction - Standards, relationship development and Management
A reliable, responsive, efficient, consistent, productive, operating system on site
The Health and Safety of staff on site
Staff Performance
Full trained and inducted staff to the correct standard on site - onboarding
* Escalation - 1st POC
Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a customer facing role
* Soft Services / Technical skills - Experience
