This position entails building relationships with relocating individuals, providing support throughout the process. Responsibilities include:
* Researching properties and coordinating viewings
* Supporting clients with rental applications and essential tasks such as PPSN setup and bank account arrangement
* Maintaining detailed records and tracking case progress
* Coordinating move-in dates and follow-up support
Liaising with landlords, utility providers, and service partners is also a key aspect of this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing welcome packs and guiding newcomers on transport, amenities, and local life.
