We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Central team and grow the commercial market within the Platform Management team. Experience with SaaS, On-prem, or Hybrid is highly valued. This is an exciting opportunity that offers career and personal growth. The role’s main objective is to drive pipeline and revenue growth and increase market share within the commercial Central region. You will focus on building relationships, closing business directly and through channel partners, creating and executing campaigns, driving growth, and overachieving on revenue targets. You will be required to speak German.
Responsibilities
* Manage and close high-velocity inbound opportunities from channel partners/distribution and current accounts.
* Finding, developing, and closing sales opportunities.
* Manage your own sales achievement goals against a specified territory.
* Proactively prospecting customers to identify net new business opportunities and develop relationships via cold calling and pipeline activities.
* Own and manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts, leveraging a value-based selling approach.
* Maintain accurate forecasts and activities in the CRM (Salesforce).
* Identify customer/partners needs and recommend the appropriate products and solutions.
* Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors’ products and pricing, and stay up to date on company knowledge and offerings.
* Engage directly with end users/partners via telephone and email, leveraging field sales for onsite engagement where needed.
* Be highly responsive to partners and customers, providing information throughout the sales process.
* Work with customers to complete Health Checks, Quarterly Business Reviews, and increase engagement with Strategic Customers.
* Collaborate with channel partners to identify and qualify sales activities and opportunities to generate pipeline with the Field Channel Manager.
Qualifications
* 3+ years’ experience within a channel/inside sales/renewals role (technology, software, B2B, etc.).
* Good knowledge of Microsoft & Salesforce.
* Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
* Ability to work independently and as a team player.
* Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Create and nurture strong collaborative relationships with customers, partners, and sales team members.
* Polished professionalism with strong organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
* Strong presentation and critical thinking skills.
* Fluent in English/German.
