Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Artist with M·A·C Cosmetics, located in Dublin. The Artist will be responsible for delivering exceptional artistry services, including makeup application and education tailored to each client's needs. Responsibilities include maintaining expert knowledge of M·A·C products, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring a premium in-store experience. The Artist will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, contribute to store merchandising, and demonstrate exemplary customer service.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in makeup application, color matching, and advanced artistry techniques
* Knowledge of product education, customer care, and ability to provide personalized consultations
* Exceptional sales skills, including upselling and cross-selling products
* Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships
* Passion for creativity, artistry, and staying updated on industry trends
* Relevant experience or certification in makeup artistry, beauty, or cosmetics
* Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
