Responsibilities
Chef de Partie:
Assist Sous Chef and Head Chef in ensuring quality, consistency and production of allocated areas.
Prepare food in the cold section (cold starters/appetizers) and, when necessary, on the grill station.
Oversee mise en place preparation in the station and coordinate junior chefs.
Sous Chef:
Assist Head Chef in ensuring quality, consistency and production of the grill section.
Prepare food on the grill station.
Oversee mise en place preparation in the station and coordinate junior chefs.
For both positions, assure preparation for lunch, dinner and functions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience as a chef in a hotel or restaurant background.
Ability to work within a 39-hour/week program.
Commitment to a 2-year contract with possibility of extension.
Terms & Conditions
Contract length: 2 years, with possibility of extension.
Annual remuneration: €36,605 gross per year.
Start date: ideally beginning of April ****.
