The Role:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring the business attracts top talent by:
* Sourcing and shortlisting high-calibre candidates
* Coordinating interviews and assessments
* Providing exceptional candidate experience
Streamline and enhance HR processes to support company growth, including:
* Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
* Improving time-to-hire and reducing costs
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
Work closely with hiring managers to implement best hiring practices, such as:
* Defining job requirements and person specifications
* Creating compelling job descriptions and advertisements
* Evaluating candidate applications and making recommendations
Handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-volume environment, while:
* Maintaining excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactively addressing issues and escalating concerns as necessary
