It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doingResponsible for the daily reconciling of Flour, Bread and yeastKey Responsibilities:Flour management (ordering, receiving and reconciliation against usage)Balancing ingredient and flour usage against finished goods transferred (yield variance)Balancing the production recon report daily and weeklyUpdating and balancing consumption of ingredients and finished goods on oracle.Investigation of any usage variances and losses.Receiving, scanning and filing of invoices.Ensuring damages are recorded correctly.Silo allocation and usage.Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager.Required Qualifications:Higher certificate in supply chain/production/operations or other related fieldsMatric (grade 12) with math and scienceChamber of baking course (advantageous)Knowledge of quality Standards and various audits that the factory complies with.Skills and Competencies:Baking and product knowledgeLeadership and team managementtime management and organisation skillsinvestigation and communication skillsproblem solving skillscomputer literacygood interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.Experience:good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.One year of experience in the bakery environmentIn accordance with the employment equity plan of Tiger Brands and its employment equity goals and targets, preference may be given, but is not limited, to candidates from under-represented designated groups.
