The Role
As a Life & Pensions Administrator, you'll work closely with a team of financial advisers to manage and process life and pension products, ensuring an exceptional standard of client service and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process new business applications for life and pension policies.
* Manage policy adjustments, renewals, and client queries.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy records.
* Liaise with financial advisers, clients, and product providers.
* Ensure compliance with all Central Bank and industry regulations.
* Support the financial consulting team in day-to-day administration and operations.
About You
* 1-2 years' experience in Life & Pensions administration, ideally within a brokerage or advisory environment.
* APA or QFA qualification (or working towards completion).
* Excellent organisational, communication, and technical skills.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Positive, proactive, and professional attitude with a strong team focus.
